The initial personal training package at No1 Studio Training must include a commitment to your goal of a healthy active lifestyle. We recommend starting off with 2 sessions a week for the first 6 weeks. Whether this is fitness slots as well as 1:1 personal training we dont mind. As long as you're walking in and giving it your all at either our personal training studio just off Liverpool st or our founding studio next to Tower Bridge.

2 personal training sessions a week to start off with we believe and have shown that this will get you the results that you are looking for.
