Pudding that keeps you pumping.

We love protein and we try to pack as much of it in in every recipe we endorse. This tasty recipe from our very own Jess Scott will have your friends queuing up to taste it. Chocolate protein balls have been going down a treat at our City fit 4 Business Network evenings so we decided to add a little twist for you to try at home.

All you will need to make four servings of cookie dough protein balls:cookie dough
• ½ cup of protein powder – not a specific one, why not experiment with flavours!
• 1 tbsp coconut sugar
• 2 tabsps coconut butter

• 1 tbsp of almond butter
• 2 tbsps of almond milk
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• Small pinch of salt
• 2 tbsps of dark chocolate chips – it is dessert after all, make sure you enjoy it!

It is a very simple recipe try at home. Just mix together your dry ingredients in a bowl and mix whilst adding your almond butter and other wet ingredients. Once you have created the mixture fold in the chocolate chips.

Scoop the mixture into balls and firmly roll them so they don’t fall apart. Place them in the fridge to set and there you have it!

Using this recipe there are endless combinations and we want to hear yours! Tweet us what you added to your version @No1Fitness.

Training for a goal.

Sometimes a client comes to No1 Fitness with a specific target in mind. We love the challenge and have an extra sense of pride when the said challenge is completed.

Rory

Rory Fitzgerald came to No1 Fitness to improve his overall fitness to take part in a charity run. By giving us focus we were able to tailor the workout to Rory’s needs whilst avoiding the “no neck puffed up look” that he hates.

Rory completed the 10K run in 54 minutes, an achievement he could not accomplish before his training with us.

“I now have the confidence to take my top off on the beach or in a club, the workouts and the nutritional advice from No1 Fitness has been essential in getting me to achieve my goals.”

If you are working towards a specific goal then No1 Fitness can help you. Give us a call on 0207 403 6660 for Tower Bridge or 0207 621 1312 for The City Studio.
