Graham has come into the personal training world with an abundance of experience. Although fairly new to the body sculpting area of personal training he has always been in the health and fitness world of some sort.
From a family of irish dancers Grahams twinkling feet found him in progressing through the ranks and becoming a professional footballer at the age of 17. Continuing with footballl until his early 20's he changed career and went back into the irish dancing field and was part of the world reknowned Lord Of The Dance. Touring the world Graham spent 5 years with LOTD and continued to train everyday through different aspects of gym, stretching and strength training needed to provide the energy to perform twice as day at some points.
No1 Fitness snapped up the chance to add Graham to the team and he has already brought in amazing energy and transfered that to his clients.
