I first started with the guys at No1 Fitness, a month prior to the opening of the studio. From the very first session I was hooked, feeling muscles that I had never felt before, a strange feeling but felt great. Once the studio opened I found myself getting into more of a routine. Throughout the last year, I have averaged around two sessions a week and more recently I had an appointment with the nutritionist, which was great. Strongly recommend No1 Studio Training Initially slightly sceptical about the cost and indeed, efficacy of a personal training plan, I decided to attend the initial consultation with No1 Studio Training. Suffice to say, I have been going there for the last 8 weeks and have achieved a transformation which, given the timeframe, both surprises and pleases me in equal measure. It's not just about running without purpose on a treadmill or lifting weights (usually badly); it's a holistic lifestyle approach which looks at nutrition and application of goal specific methods all delivered by knowledgeable, approachable trainers who understand how to get the best out of you. I have just completed my 1st 6 week package and I am really chuffed with the results so far, especially around the mid-section. I now believe that I can no push on and hopefully I will see a complete transformation within the next 6 weeks. Highly recommended.

After asking Harry just to concentrate on my legs, I still noticed that the rest of my body had changed. l now see that all the hard work has definitely paid off.
6 weeks of 1 personal training session as well as 2 classes per week was a great combination package for me.

I have never stuck to a fitness regime before, until I came to No1 Studio Training. I have lost over 7% body fat and put on 4kg of lean mass. Before my first session here I was not able to complete a full press up. My personal best is now 45 press ups in one go. I have noticed a huge difference in my strength and general fitness levels giving me more and more confidence every day. Would love to thank the guys at No1 for all the help and motivation they have given me so far.
